Returns & Refund Policy

At Sulliwall, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be returned

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • The product must not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page

Return Process

Requesting Authorization

Before returning any item, you must contact us at contact@sulliwall.com to request approval.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions for packaging your item

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Reporting Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. This includes:

  • Damage to the frame, print, or packaging

  • Receiving the wrong size, design, or color

  • Missing parts or mounting hardware

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products (including items with added text or images)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

Replacement Orders

If you would like to exchange an item, please complete the return process for the original product and place a new order separately. Once your return is approved, any eligible refund can be used toward your new purchase.

Refund Process

Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that additional processing time of 3–10 business days may be required by your bank or payment provider.
